  1. I am attending to pitch for funds for a concrete post to protect the pavement between 113 and 105 Dulwich Village, which is being used by MOTORISTS to avoid the LTN camera. It has been witnessed several times but none of us have been fast enough to grab a photo. This pavement has pedestrians and children going to the Park or school. We are all fortunate that a terrible accident has not occurred. I was advised to apply for the funds by Councillor Rose and Councillor Simmons.
