This report goes to our central traffic investigations team who will review it and take enforcement action where appropriate, from sending a warning letter all the way through to prosecuting them at court.

Please note that for police to investigate you must be able to tell us the number-plate of the vehicle and you must have either video/dash-cam footage (best) or 1+ independent witnesses. It must be done as soon as possible (within 10 days at the latest) and you must be willing to attend court to give evidence if required.

If you wish to report a specific area where driving issues regularly occur please email details to your local ward team who will try to patrol the area. They need to know specific times/days it occurs.
